Hi there! I’m Cortney Davis, Interior Designer, Maker and Founder of DESIGNTEKT. Designing for good is my passion, purpose, and my path.
With a degree from the New York School of Interior Design, and a LEED Green Associate credential, I believe that designing with intention and care for people and the planet is the foundation of a well-designed space.
My professional background in project management, client services, operations and marketing has given me a unique skillset to tackle the complexities that come with green building and design projects of all sizes.
I’m equal parts right-brained and left-brained. I’m also an introvert, decent home cook, wannabe master woodworker, DIY’er and fabric addict. That last part inspired me to design and make my first collection of handmade home décor, which you’ll find in the SHOP.
